The four-day livelihood training for members of Bolol Kilot Tribal Women’s Association in purok Baybay, barangay Kawas was implemented by the Indigenous Peoples Development Program of the Provincial Governor’s Office. SMART Communications also provided a sealer, honorarium for the trainor, food for the participants for the entire training period and materials for the bag-making and -weaving.
