She admits that it’s a new way of living in managing her time and raising her family with her new skill. Balik Buhay sa Mindanao which aims to create jobs in war-stricken areas is funded by TESDA in partnership with the local government and the office of Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon. MAITUM, Sarangani (November 23, 2009) – Engr. Leonora A. Guilloreza, provincial director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA); Vice Mayor Tito Balazon, OIC Mayor/Councilor Kubli Kusin, Municipal Budget Officer/Community Training and Employment Training Coordinator (CTEC) Nelson Merculio, and representatives from the Office of the Vice Governor, join the 17 graduates who finished the 268-hour vocational course in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
