She admits that it’s a new way of living in managing her time and raising her family with her new skill. Welding Graduates

MAITUM, Sarangani (November 23, 2009) – Engr. Leonora A. Guilloreza, provincial director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA); Vice Mayor Tito Balazon, OIC Mayor/Councilor Kubli Kusin, Municipal Budget Officer/Community Training and Employment Training Coordinator (CTEC) Nelson Merculio, and representatives from the Office of the Vice Governor, join the 17 graduates who finished the 268-hour vocational course in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Vocational Course

Leonora Guilloreza, provincial director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), thanks Mayor Elsie Perrett for accommodating the vocational course in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) program in Maitum. “I thank the management of Kalaong Plantation, Inc. especially Mr. George Perrett for allowing us to use their machine shop and for giving his precious time as welder instructor, all free of charge,” Engr.
