TESDA Graduates

KIAMBA, Sarangani (November 26, 2009) – Graduates of massage therapy and hairdressing pose with their mentors and TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) officials during the closing ceremony at barangay Poblacion Tuesday, November 24. The program Balik Buhay sa Mindanao which aims to create jobs in war-stricken areas is funded by TESDA in partnership with the local government and the office of Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon.
