GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 23, 2009) – Governor Migs Dominguez congratulates businessman Roy Chiongbian who had just formally declared to run for Congress in Sarangani Friday, October 23. Governor Dominguez, with Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, expressed his gratitude for Roy, younger brother of incumbent Congressman Erwin Chiongbian and the youngest son of the late former Congressman James Chiongbian and former Governor Priscilla Chiongbian who founded the province in 1992, for accepting the challenge to continue the legacy of his parents.
