Ready for the Questions

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 23, 2009) – Roy Chiongbian readies to answer questions from the media in a press conference after declaring his intention to run for Congress Friday, October 23. Roy is the fourth and youngest son of the late former Congressman James Chiongbian who founded the province in 1992 and former Governor Priscilla Chiongbian. Roy said his priority program and advocacy for his fellow Sarangans is on education.
