PACMAN Hosts Vegetable Derby in MindanaoWorld boxing champion Manny Pacquiao hosted at his farm in Malungon, Sarangani, an agriculture trade exhibit at which seed companies conducted a “vegetable derby” to showcase their improved seed varieties, during the 7th National Vegetable Congress organized by the Central Mindanao Vegetable Industry Development Council (CEMVIDEC) in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, the local governments of General Santos and Sarangani, and USAID’s Growth with Equity in Mindanao (GEM) Program, which is implemented under the oversight of the Mindanao Economic Development Council.
