Freedom of Being

Butuan (June 14, 2009) – Butuan City Police Station 1 Commander Police Supr Joseph Boquiren with the deaf and mute children of Special Education class in Butuan Central Elementary School during the Kalayaan 2009 at Rizal Park. Freedom of choice, freedom of thought, freedom of expression. But for these children, freedom of being means so much because they need that all people are and should be treated as equal, and should be secure in their person regardless of what they are.
