MALAPATAN, Sarangani (June 13, 2008) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon tells beneficiaries Thursday, June 12, to form a community organization for livelihood as they prepare to build houses in the government resettlement project. The project for disaster victims who are landless and earning below the poverty threshold is a flagship program of Governor Migs Dominguez.
